Fiona is the creator of the growing online community Endurance Women. She writes an IronMan Training Blog and shares stories, thoughts and tips about Endurance at her Medium Channel, Endurance Women.

Positioned at the cutting edge of communications, Fiona has worked on a variety of briefs as a content marketing strategist, social media expert, PR and editor.

As a fully qualified personal trainer, running coach and running journalist, Fiona can call herself an expert. She’s interviewed Paula Radcliffe, Mo Farah and Jo Pavey created PR campaigns for large running events and leading multi-national brands – and as an editor she has reviewed and tested every product a runner could ever need or want.

Fiona likes to practice what she preaches and has a very large medal collection. She’s run over 20 marathons, 10 under 3.30 and five under 3.15. In 2018, she’ll mark her 50th year with her first Ironman. She’s the proud mum of two young adults and lives in Brighton.
